ALL-ON-X involves installing a full denture on several supporting implants: usually 4 to 6. Accordingly, the technique is transformed into an individual option: All-on-4, All-on-6, etc. The doctor will select supporting implants based on your clinical situation: bone condition, jaw anatomy, general health, and aesthetic requirements for the final result.

1. Consultation and data collection
   The doctor conducts an examination, scans and photographs the teeth, performs a CT scan, and begins to plan the procedure. They take into account your goals and preferences for your new teeth and immediately send all the data to the laboratory for preparation.
2. Preparation of temporary structures (3-4 days)During this time, we manufacture a temporary prosthesis and surgical templates, select the right implants, and prepare everything necessary for ALL-ON-X rehabilitation.
3. Surgery
   In one visit, we install all the implants and attach a temporary prosthesis that functions and looks like your own teeth. You do not need any preparatory procedures such as bone grafting, and the visit is relaxing and comfortable thanks to general anesthesia.
4. Rehabilitation period (4-5 days)During this period, your body will have its first reaction to the installed structure. Do not plan any physical activity or overexertion during this time, and come in for a checkup after 4-5 days.
5. Permanent prostheticsAfter the implants have healed securely (approximately 3 months), you will come in for a replacement prosthesis. If you are completely satisfied with the temporary prosthesis, we will repeat the design and make a new one from more reliable and durable materials. Otherwise, we will make minor design modifications based on your preferences. This stage takes about 2 weeks.
6. Recommendations ALL-ON-X implantation and prosthetics will last the longest if you avoid smoking and alcohol, maintain proper hygiene of the structure, and monitor your overall well-being.

Thus, the full All-on-X rehabilitation cycle takes 4-5 months, which is even faster than classic implantation.
