Single-stage implantation in 1 day

4+ thousand satisfied patients
6+ thousand implants installed
300+ total rehabilitations

  • Computed tomography (CT) 3D imaging of the jaws and teeth for accurate analysis of anatomy and internal structures. CT increases the accuracy of planning surgical interventions, implantation, and prosthetics. Moreover, CT enables early diagnosis of dental diseases and reduces the risk of complications.
  • Digital jaw scanning A digital method of obtaining images of teeth and the oral cavity without traditional impressions. Indispensable for modern prosthetics, creating diagnostic models, and planning total rehabilitation. Intraoral scanning is performed with a small sensor that moves along the teeth and gums, capturing images and transferring them to a computer. It is a fast, painless, comfortable, and highly accurate procedure.
  • 3D printing An innovative technique for manufacturing crowns, prostheses, caps, and other dental structures. In a few days, we will create individual anatomical structures and install them immediately. 3D-printed materials are of equal quality to traditional ones, and their speed and accuracy amaze even experienced dentists.
  • Sedation Medication support for general relaxation and sleep during total rehabilitation. Sedation "turns off" fear and anxiety, which is ideal for long, complex procedures, as well as for patients with a dental phobia.
  • Complete navigation surgery protocol Modern technology involves the precise planning and execution of implantation using special software. Navigational surgery means correctly placed implants, minimal tissue invasion (a small puncture rather than wide incisions), a quick recovery, and predictable results.
  • Intraoral welding This technology allows temporary structures to be fixed directly in the oral cavity. It is indispensable for stabilizing prostheses and implants during total rehabilitation. Thanks to this technique, temporary prostheses can be instantly and reliably installed on implants, reducing the number of visits to the doctor and avoiding risks.

  • Step 1. Consultation, data collectionThe doctor conducts an examination, scans and photographs the teeth, performs a CT scan, and begins to plan the procedure. They take into account your goals and preferences for your new teeth and immediately send all the data to the laboratory for preparation.
  • Step 2. Preparation of temporary structures (3-4 days)During this time, we manufacture a temporary prosthesis and surgical templates, select the right implants, and prepare everything necessary for ALL-ON-X rehabilitation.
  • Step 3.SurgeryIn a single visit, we install all the implants and attach a temporary prosthesis that functions and looks like your own teeth. You do not need any preparatory procedures such as bone grafting, and the visit is relaxing and comfortable thanks to sedation.
  • Step 4.Rehabilitation period (4-5 days)During this period, your body will have its initial reaction to the installed structure. At this time, do not plan any physical activity or overexertion, and after 4-5 days, come in for a checkup.
  • Step 5.Permanent prostheticsAfter the implants have healed securely (approximately 3 months), you will come in to have the prosthesis replaced. If you are completely satisfied with the temporary prosthesis, we will repeat the design and make a new one from more reliable and durable materials. Otherwise, we will make design modifications based on your preferences. This stage takes about 2 weeks.
  • Step 6. RecommendationsALL-ON-X implants and prostheses will last the longest if you avoid smoking and alcohol, maintain proper hygiene, and monitor your overall well-being.

Who is this technique suitable for?
The total implantation technique is suitable for you if: – you have a completely toothless jaw; – you cannot use removable dentures due to discomfort or instability; – your own teeth are in poor condition and need to be removed; – you have limited bone tissue, and traditional prosthetics or implantation are not possible. Total rehabilitation is the perfect solution for those who want to regain full functionality, smile, and confidence without compromise.
Does it hurt?
No, the procedure is completely painless. We use modern anesthesia and, if necessary, sedation (treatment under sleep) — you can relax while the team of doctors works. After the operation, you may experience slight discomfort, as after any intervention, but it quickly disappears — we accompany you at all stages and help you go through the recovery process comfortably.
How long does implantation and prosthetics take?
This treatment has several key stages: consultation and diagnosis, treatment planning, the surgical stage (implantation), and the prosthetic stage. The first stages, including implantation and temporary prosthetics, can be completed within 1 week, and permanent prosthetics can be obtained 3 months after the implants have healed.
Will I be without teeth during treatment?
No, on the day of implantation, you will receive a temporary prosthesis that replicates a full set of teeth. This means you will not spend a single day without teeth.
Do I need to have bone grafting (augmentation)?
No, you don't. Thanks to digital planning and individual selection of implants, we can use the existing bone volume and avoid additional bone grafting. This makes the treatment less traumatic, faster, and more comfortable for you.
What is the warranty on implants?
The warranty on implants is provided by the manufacturer and is 10 years or more. Moreover, DClinic provides individual warranty terms for permanent prostheses and other work, which are agreed with you at the diagnosis and planning stage.
How long do implants take to heal?
When loaded with a temporary prosthesis (All-on-4, All-on-6 techniques), implants function stably immediately after installation, and final healing occurs gradually. Depending on the type of implants and the condition of your bone tissue, full integration will take about 3 months.

Our key approach is to provide comprehensive treatment that will give you the full and desired result: functional teeth that you can use reliably and the aesthetic appearance of your new, confident smile.
Our task is to restore your teeth as quickly as possible so that you can smile and live a full life from the very first stages of treatment. We are convinced that tooth restoration should not take 2-3-5 years, as it did in the past. Using modern implantation and prosthetic techniques, we have reduced the rehabilitation period to 5-6 months. Already in the first few weeks, you will leave the clinic with teeth, and the continuation of your treatment will be invisible to those around you.
DClinic is always fast, predictable, and effective.
